World Telugu Conference in Dubai

The Seventh Biennial International Conference of the World Telugu Federation (WTF) will be held at Dubai from April 12 to 14.

Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy would inaugurate the conference, in which several Ministers, along with Assembly Speaker K.R. Suresh Reddy, Union Ministers Renuka Chowdary, T. Subbirami Reddy, would also take part.

The three-day meet will have seminars and workshops on health tourism, bio-technology and infrastructure in which officials concerned from the State Government will participate.

Several eminent personalities from the world of politics, entertainment and literature will participate as delegates.

Representatives of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FAPCCI) would also take part in the deliberations.

Apart from business workshops, many cultural programmes were also planned, in which Tollywood stars such as Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna and a host of comedians, would entertain the delegates.

This conference is held once in two years and it was held last time in New Delhi. Nearly 3,000 delegates from all over the world is likely to attend the conference.
